and 1910 by and between J.W. Hatcher & Mattie I Hatcher of the
first part, and Bitha Keith & Allen Keith of the second part, Wit-
nesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of one hundred dollars lawful money
of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell,
alien, enfeoff, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and their heirs, that certain
property in the County of Alachua and State of Fla describ-
ed as follows : Lots 1-2-3 & 4 in block (36) in Zion
City according to survey of J.W. Patten Together with all
and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
homestead, dower and right of dower, separate estate, property
possession, claim and demand whatsoever, at law and in
equity, either and both, of the said part of the first part,
of, in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof;
To have and to hold the above described premises, each
and every, unto the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple, absolute, indefeas-
ily, forever. And the said party of the first part, for
them and their heirs, executors and administrators,
jointly and severally, covenant, promise and agree to and
with the said part of the second party, heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns, that the said party of the first
part, at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents, do lawfully seized in fee simple of a good, absolute
and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and in all and sing-
ular the above described premises, each and every, and have
good right, full power and lawful authority to convey
the same in manner and form aforesaid; that the said
party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, shall and
may, at all times hereafter, peaceably and quietly have,
hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the above described prem-
ises, and every part and parcel thereof, without any let,
suit, trouble, molestation, eviction or disturbance of the
