Received of John Hagan, twenty five Dollars in
part payment for land described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the lot sold
by R.F. Taylor, Commissioner, to H.P. Langley in
the south half of Section 5 of Township 10 S of Range
20 East, running thence south 200 feet thence run
East 87 feet: thence North 200 feet: thence West 87
feet to the place of beginning, same being in
Gainesville, Florida, Section 5 Township 10 South of
Range 20 East, which I have this day sold to
the said John Hagan for the sum of Five hun-
dred dollars, the balance to be paid on or before
August 20th A.D. 1912, and I hereby obligate myself
my heirs, executors and administrators to execute
and deliver to the said John Hagan his heirs or
assigns, a good and sufficient warranty deed con-
veying clear title to said land free from all encum-
