Lucy D. Hagood, widow of Frank J. Hagood, here-
inafter called the grantor, to Jesse E. Walker hereinafter
called the grantee, Witnesseth, that the said grantor, in
consideration of Five Dollars, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does give, grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm
unto the said grantee, and his heirs and assigns,
in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua Coun-
ty, State of Florida, described as follows: Commence
at the S.W. Corner of Sec. 31 T. 11 S. R. 21 E, and
run thence North along Sec. line 40 chains: Then
East 25.16 chs. to the initial point: thence North
19.85 chs: thence East 6.53 chains to road; thence
South 36 1/2 degrees East (magnetic) 4.69 chs; thence
South 6chs; thence East in lane 10.21 ch. then South
8.85 chs; thence West 20.40 ch. to the beginning,
