This deed, Made the 2nd day of July A.D. 1912 by
Lucy D. Hagood, widow of Frank J. Hagood, here-
inafter called the grantor, to Jesse E. Walker hereinafter
called the grantee, Witnesseth, that the said grantor, in
consideration of Five Dollars, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does give, grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm
unto the said grantee, and his heirs and assigns,
in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua Coun-
ty, State of Florida, described as follows: Commence
at the S.W. Corner of Sec. 31 T. 11 S. R. 21 E, and
run thence North along Sec. line 40 chains: Then
East 25.16 chs. to the initial point: thence North
