and six ($ 106.00) dollars, to it in hand paid at and
before the delivery of there presence, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, the said party of the first
part does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and
confirm, and by these presents has granted, bargained,
sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed unto the said
party of the second part, and to his heirs and
assigns forever all of those certain lots, tracts, pieces
or parcels of land, situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, and more
particularly known, distinguished and described as
follows, to-wit: Lot twenty-one, (21) and the north
half N1/2 of lot four (4) of section twenty-seven (27)
Township nine (9) south range nineteen (19) east. To-
gether with all and singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the
same unto the said J.W. Beville, his heirs, execut-
ors, administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
absolute. And the said party of the first part does
hereby fully warrant the title to the said land and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever. In Testimony Whereof the said
party of the first part has hereunto set its hand and
seal by its legally authorized Secretary, Treasurer and
General Manager on the day and year first above
