This Indenture, Made this sixth day of April A.D.
1912, between Cora M. Spencer of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the first part, and
Laura Lewis of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That
the said part of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Twenty & 25/100 Dollars, in
hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledge, have re-
mised, released and quit-claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said party of the second part, and her heirs
and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the
first part have in and to the following describ-
ed lot, piece or parcel of land, towit: Lot one (1)
Block Four (4) Range one (1) of Doig and Robertson's
Addition to Gainesville Alachua County Florida:
it being the same tract as recorded on page 158
of Tax Deed Book 7 of the Public Records of said
County To have and to hold the same, together
with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining and
all the estate, right, title, interest and claim what-
ever of the said party of the first part, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first
