This Indenture, made this 6th day of June A.D. 1911 between
John McKinley and Nettie J. McKinley his wife of
Buchown County, in the State of Missouri, of the first
part, and Wesley E. Lewis of Marion county, in the State
of Indiana, of the second part: Witnesseth, That said parties
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one dollar
and exchange of property and 00 dollars, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bar-
gain, sell and convey, unto said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, all the following described
real estate, situated in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, to wit: All of lots eleven (11) twelve (12) thirteen
(13) Fourteen (14) fifteen (15) sixteen (16) seventeen (17) eighteen
(18) nineteen (19) and twenty (20) and being a part of
S.E. corner. of N.W. 1/4 (25) Township (10) range (20) east
each being thirty by one hundred and twenty feet.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and sing-
ular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, forever.
And said John McKinley and Nettie McKinley his
wife for themselves their heirs, executors or administrators,
do hereby covenant, promise and agree, to and with said
party of the second part, that at the delivery of these pres-
ents that they are lawfully seized, in their own right, of
an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in fee
simple, of and in all and singular the above granted and
