I, N. Barco a Notary Public in said County and
State, do hereby certify that on this the 13th day of
March A.D. 1912 personally appeared before me J.D.
Hodge and Lillie Hodge his wife to me well known
to be the parties described in and who executed and
delivered the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and sev-
erally acknowledged to me that they signed, sealed
and delivered the same for the uses, purposes, and
consideration therein expressed, and make this ack-
nowledgment to the end that the same may be ad-
mitted to record according to law, and the said
Lillie Hodge wife of the said J.D. Hodge being
examined by me separately and apart from her
said husband, acknowledged that she made herself a
party to and joined with her said husband in the ex-
ecution of said Deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing all her dower, right of dower
or separate property in and to the lands therein
described, and that such renunciation and relin-
quishment is made by her freely and voluntary
and without any constraint, apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband.
