of Illinois, party of the second part; Witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part, in consid-
eration of Ten ($ 10.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and ass-
igns, in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua
County, State of Florida, described as follows: -
The North one-half (N1/2) of South-west quarter (SW 1/4),
South-west quarter (SW 1/4) of South-west quarter (SW 1/4) and
Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), in the
Arredondo Grant; the North one-half (N 1/2) of North-
east quarter (NE 1/4), South-east quarter (SE 1/4) of North-east
quarter (NE 1/4), North one half (N 1/2) of North-west quarter
(NW 1/4), North one-half (N 1/2) of South-west quarter
(SW 1/4), East one-half (E 1/2) of South-east quarter (SE 1/4)
of South-west quarter (SW 1/4), North-east quarter (NE 1/4)
of South-east quarter (SE 1/4) and South one-half (S 1/2)
of South-east quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), in
the Arredondo Grant; All of Section Fourteen (14), in
the Arredondo Grant, excepting the Easts one-half (E 1/2)
of North-east quarter (NE 1/4) of South-east quarter (SE 1/4)
and the South-east quarter (SE 1/4) of South-east quarter
(SE 1/4) of South-east quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section;
All of the aforesaid lands being in Township
Nine (9) South, Range Twenty-one (21) East. Also
that parcel of land lying in the North-west
corner of Section Eighteen (18), in Township Nine
(9) South, Range Twenty-Two (22) East, in the
Arredondo Grant, measuring ten (10)_chains North
and South by twelve and twenty-seven hundredths
(12.27) chains East and West; and containing
twelve and twenty seven hundredths (12.27) acres.
Subject, however, to that certain Turpentine Least
made by Jacob Pflederer to W.B. Aycock. dated
November 15, 1910, and recorded in Miscellaneous
Book 4, page 209, of the public records of Alachua
County, said lease being for the term of three
years, beginning January 1, 1911, and ending
