receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and
his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part
have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, to-wit: Lot Six (6) Block twenty eight (28) Brushs
Addition to the City of Gainesville Florida as per plat
of same, duly recorded in plat Book "A" page 71 one of
the public records of Alachua County, Florida being
same lot described in Deed Book 53 page 128 To have
and to hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatever of the said part of the first part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said part of the second part, heirs and
assigns forever. In Witness Whereof, the said party of
the first part has hereunto set my hand and seal the
day and year first above written.
