I hereby Certify that upon this day personally
appeared before me - Daniel L. Pflederer - and Katie
Pflederer, his wife, who are to me well known to
be the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing and annexed deed, and acknowledged
before me that they executed the same freely and
voluntarily for the purposes therein expressed.
And I further Certify that the said Katie Pflederer,
upon a seperate and private examination taken and
made by and before me, seperately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledge that
she executed the said deed freely and voluntarily,
and without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.
