This Indenture, Made this 24th day of July, A.D. 1912, Between
T.D. Tinnin, Jr. and Minnie Tinnin, his wife, formerly
of Alachua County, Florida, but now of the County of
Guilford and State of North Carolina parties of the
first part, and W.S. McDowall of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Thousand and other consideration of the sum of One
Thousand and other considerations Dollars, to them
in hand paid, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have granted, bargained, sold and trans-
ferred, and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell and transfer unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever.
All that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
more particularly described as follows:
The same being 51-2/3 acres, more or less, and sit-
uated, lying and being in section 11, tp. 10.S R. 19
East, of Tallahassee Meridian, and more partic-
ularly described as follows: North Half of south
half of lot 6 of said section, containing 20 acres,
more or less. Also, 5 acres lying and being
on South end of North half of said lot 6 more
particularly described as commencing at South
east corner of North half of said lot 6, and
run West 660 feet to south west corner of
said North half of said lot 6, run North
