This Indenture, made this sixth day of April A.D. 1912,
between W.R. Thomas and wife Katie M. Thomas
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and C.C. Voyle of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part. Witness-
eth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other val-
uable consideration in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
ge, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the
the said party of the second part, and his heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said parties of the first part have
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, to wit: Lot six (6) block twenty eight (28) Brushs
Addition to the City of Gainesville Florida as per
plat of same, fully recorded in plat book "A" page
71 one of the Public Records of Alachua County Florida
To have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatever of the said party
of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness
Whereof, the said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above
