 Alachua County.        }   Know All Men by these presents
that A.C. Steenburg by A.O. Steenburg his attorney in
fact and Alice w. Steenburg her attorney in fact A.
O. Steenburg of the aforesaid County and State, for
and in consideration of Eight Hundred Dollars, to
them in hand paid by F. Marion Ramsey of the
County of Alachua in the State of Fla the receipt
Whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted, bar-
gained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said
F. Marion Ramsey all that certain lot, piece, tract
or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly
known and described as follows, to-wit: N E 1/4 of Sec-
tion Twenty One Town Eleven Range Nineteen
containing by estimation 160 acres of land, more or
less. Together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be-
longing or in anywise appertaining. To have and
to hold the same unto him the said F. Marion
Ramsey and to his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And the said
A.C. Steenburg and Alice W. Steenburg do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said F. Marion
Ramsey that we lawfully seized in fee of the prop-
erty herein and hereby conveyed, and that they have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same;
that the same is free from all incumbrances of
any kind whatsoever, and that they will and their
heirs, executors, and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the
said F. Marion Ramsey and to his heirs, executors
