1st day of Aug A.D. 1912 personally appeared be-
fore me A.O. Steenburg, who acknowledged be-
fore me that he executed the foregoing deed of
conveyance as the Attorney in fact A.O. Steenburg
and of Alice W. Steenburg and in her place and
stead, and that he executed the same as such
Attorney in fact for the purpose of relinquish-
ing and releasing all her dower or right of dower
in and to the above described lands and that
said relinquishment of dower was made by him
as the Attorney in fact of the said Alice W. Steen-
burg without any compulsion, constraint, apprehen-
sion or fear of or from the said husband of the
said Alice W. Steenburg, and that said relinquish-
ment of dower was made freely and voluntarily
for the uses and purposes therein set forth and
expressed.
