This Indenture, Made this eighteenth day of Janua-
ry A.D. 1912, Between Anna C. Weeks of the County
of Chatham and State of Georgia party of the first
part, and G.E. Wolfe of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Six
Hundred Dollars, to her in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has gran-
ted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by
