Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for

other valuable considerations, to them in hand paid

To have and to hold the same unto the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, together with all
and singular, the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining. And the said parties of the first part
covenant and agree to and with the party of the
second part that they will defend the title to
said land against the lawful claims and de-
mands of their executors, administrators and ass-
igns, and all persons claiming the same by,
through or under the said parties of the first
part.
