and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in
anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same
unto him the said H.M. Smith and to his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, in fee sim-
ple absolute. And we the said Addie A. Feaster
and J.K. Feaster do hereby covenant and agree to
and with the said H.M. Smith that we are law-
fully seized in fee of the property herein and here-
by conveyed, and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same
is free from all incumbrances of any kind whatso-
ever, and that we will and our heirs, executors,
and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said H.M.
Smith and to his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever, now claiming, or
hereafter to claim the same.
