 George White }
This indenture, made this 23rd day of July A.D.
1912, between Lum Moore of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the first part, and
George White of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That the
said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Forty Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, have remised, released and quit claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns for-
ever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said party of the first part have in and to the fol-
lowing described lot, piece or parcel of land to-wit:
Commencing at the South East corner of Section Twenty
(20) Township Nine (9)...and run West Two hundred and
Eighty yards (280) then North Seventy yards (70) then
East Two hundred and eighty yards (280) then South
Seventy yards (70) to point of beginning, containing Four
(4) acres of land more or less
To have and to hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever of the
said party of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, his heirs and ass-
igns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part
has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and
year first above written.
