terest, claim and demand which the said part of the
first part have in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land to-wit: The N1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4
Section Twenty (20) Township Nine (9) Range Twenty
two (22) less one (1) acre containing in all nineteen acres
of land more or less. To have and to hold the same,
together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever of the
said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year
first above written.

I hereby Certify, That on this 12th day of January 1912
before me, J.H. Dyess a Justice of the Peace personally
appeared H.F. Willis and Sallie Willis, his wife, to me
known to be the persons described in, and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledge
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said
Sallie Willis, the wife of the said H.F. Willis, on an
examination taken and made separately and apart from
her said husband, did acknowledge that she made herself
a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to
the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that she executed
said deed freely and without any compulsion, con-
straint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
Witness my hand and seal at Campville Fla the
date aforesaid.
