I hereby Certify, That on this 1st day January, 1911 before
me, W.H. Tucker personally appeared Mrs M.L. Kirby,
his wife, to me known to be the persons described in, and
who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowl-
edged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the
said M.L. Kirby, the wife of the said J.H. M. Kirby,
on and examination taken and made separately and part
from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to
the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that she executed
said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Made this 22nd day of Dec A.D. 1911,
between Temptie Bethea & T.H. Bethea Jr husband &
wife of the County of Alachua and State of Fla, parties
of the first part, and Mary O. Crocker of the County of
Alachua and State of Fla, party of the second p art.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars,
in hand paid by the said part of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, re-
leased and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said part of the second
part, and heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said party of the
first part have in and to the following described lot.
