This Indenture, Made this 5th day of July, A.D. 1912,
between International Harvester Company of America, A
Corporation under the laws of the State of Wisconsin,
party of the first part, and W.B. Phifer Company, of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the second part: Witnesseth: That the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of two
hundred ($ 200.00) dollars to it in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents does remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs
and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said party of the first part
has in and to the following described land situated
in Alachua County, Florida: the NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 11 South, Range 21 East; also
commencing 16 chains east of the Northeast corner
of Section 22, Township 11 South, Range 21 East, and
run West 24 chain, South 80 chains, east 24 chains,
North 80 chains to point of beginning, in Section
22, Township 11 South, Range 21 east. To have and
to hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said party of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part
has caused its corporate name to be hereunto subscribed
and its corporate seal to be affixed by its proper officer
