am held and firmly bound unto J.H. Williams of
the County of Alachua State of Florida, in the sum
of one hundred and twenty five dollars, for the pay-
ment Whereof well and truly to be made I bind my
heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these pres-

1911 The condition of the above obligation is such that
Whereas the said Mahala Peterson has this day bar-
gained and sold to the said J.H. Williams the fol-
lowing described property, lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida: The South
half of Lot twenty one (21) in Block (22) twenty two
in Brushes Addition to the City of Gainesville Florida
and in consideration thereof, the said J.H. Williams
has executed 3 certain promissory notes of even date herewith,
payable One note payable in ninty days for $ 41.66
        One  "     "     "  Six Months     $ 41.66
        One  "     "     "  Nine "         $ 41.66
Legal rate of interest after maturity. Now, if the said
J.H. Williams shall well and truly pay the said
promissory notes, with interest as stated therein, and
shall pay all taxes and insurance upon the within-des-
cribed property, into the possession of which from the
date here of, it is hereby agreed he shall enter and
continue, then the said Mahala Peterson shall ex-
ecuted a deed in fee simple to the said J.H. Williams
for the aforesaid property. When this obligation is to
be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

Before me, J.W. Smith a Justice of the Peace in
and for said County, personally came Mahala Pet-
erson and acknowledged that she executed the fore-
going instrument for the purposes therein expressed.
