and decreed, in a certain Cause then pending in
said court between B.W. Thomas complainant and
J.G. Cromarty defendant that the mortgaged prem-
ises mentioned in said decree, and herein after
particularly described, be sold by said Master, at
public auction the said Master first giving public
notice of the time and place of sale, in a newspaper
published at Waldo, Alachua County, Florida,
and whereas, the said special Master, J.C. Adkins
party of the first part, in pursuance of the said or-
der and decree, of the said court in Chancery, did
on the 3rd day of June 1912, sell at public auction
the said premises, hereinafter particularly described,
having first given previous notice of the time and 
place of sale, with a description of the said premises,
agreeable to the order aforesaid at which sale the
mortgaged premises, hereinafter particularly described,
were sold to the party of the second part for the sum
of one hundred dollars, that being the highest sum
bidden for the same. Now Therefore This Indenture Wit-
nesseth: That the said Special Master in order to 
carry into effect the said sale so made as afore-
said in pursuance of the said decree of the said
Court of Chancery, in consideration of the premises,
and the said sum of one hundred dollars, paid
at the time of the execution hereof, by the said
party of the second part to the Special Master, the
receipt whereof he does hereby acknowledge, has gran-
ted, bargained and sold, aliened and conveyed, released
and confirmed and by these presents does grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, release and confirm unto B.W.
Thomas and to his heirs and assigns forever,The
certain parcel of land in Alachua County, Describ-
ed as follows. The NE quarter of SW quarter of
Sec 5, Township Eight, south of Range Twenty East
Together with all and singular the rights, mem-
bers, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging; or in any wise appertaining,
To Have and To Hold, all and singular the said
premises above mentioned and described, and
