This indenture, Made this 12th day of Aug. 1912,
between H.M. Fleming and wife (Penny) of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the first
part and Eliza Williams of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida party of the second part, Wit-
nesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Thirty (30) -- Dol-
lars, to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for-
ever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels or
tract of land, situated and being in Alachua Coun-
ty, Florida, to-wit: Commence at South East corner
of lot two (2) in section 11 Tp 10 S. of R. 19 E East,
Thence West along section line 210 feet Thence North
420 feet, East 210 feet, South along the East line
of lot 2 420 feet to beginning containing two
acres of land To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and sing-
ular the tenements, the hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, unto her the said party of the sec-
ond part, heirs and assigns forever. And the said
parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
