Penny Fleming his wife, to me well known as
the persons described in and who executed the a-
bove and foregoing deed of conveyance and each
severally acknowledged the execution of said deed
for the uses and purposes therein set forth and
contained. And the said Mrs. Penny Fleming
the wife of the said H.M. Fleming upon an
examination taken and made by me separately
and apart from her said husband, did acknowl-
edge before me that she made herself a party
to said deed and executed the same freely and
voluntarily and without compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

and State of Fla, parties of the first part, and
E. Lee Hughes of the County of Alachua and
