This Indenture, Made this 14th day of August
A.D. 1912, Between W.R. Cheves & wife Bamaha P.
Cheves & W.S. Cheves & wife Mary H. Cheves of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parts of
the first part, and W.G. Videon of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part, Witnesseth, that the said part of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
Twenty Five and 00/100 Dollars, to them in hand paid,
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged have grant-
ed, bargained, sold and transferred, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and transfer un-
to the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida more particularly described as fol-
lows: Seven & half (7 1/2) ft off west side of lot four (4)
less 120 ft off of north end in Block Ten (10)
and lot one (1) and Two (2) less 120 ft off North End
in Block Eleven (11) J.D. Hodges First Addition to
the Town of Newberry same being in South
Half of the South East Quarter of North West
Quarter Section Four (4) Township Ten (10) Range
(17) East Together with all the tenements, heredi-
aments and appurtenances, with every privilege,
right, title, interest and estate, dower and right
of dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining: To have
and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant
with the said party of the second part that
they lawfully seized of the said premises, that
they are free from all incumbrances and that
their good right and lawful authority to sell
