the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
instrument and who acknowledged before me that he
executed the same fully and voluntarily for the pur-
poses therein expressed. And I further Certify, That the
said Mary J. Mc Kinney known to me to be the wife
of the said T.J. Mc Kinney on a separate and private
examination, taken and made by and before me, separate-
ly and apart from her said husband, did acknowled-
ge that she executed the foregoing Deed for the purpose
of relinquishing, alienating and conveying all her right,
title and interest, whether of dower, homestead or of sep-
arate property, statutory or equitable, in and to the lands
described therein, and that she executed said Deed
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said

Nancy M. Bethea and John A. Bethea her husband

part and Mary O. Crocker of Alachua county florida
of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Five dollars, lawful money of the United States of Amer-
ica, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
