This Indenture, Made this 7th day of August A.D.
1912, Between E. Lee Hughes and Lamar Depass Hughes
his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Fla
parties of the first part, and William G. Videon of
the County of Alachua and State of Fla party of the
second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Seven Hundred & no/100 Dollars, to them in hand
paid, the receipt Where of is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell and transfer
unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Fla more particularly described as
follows: The West half of Block 2 and East half
of Block 3 all in Carters Addition to the town 
of Newberry State of Florida. Said lots being
North of Main Street Together with all the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances, with every privilege,
right, title, interest and estate, dower and right
of dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining: To have
and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant
with the said party of the second part that they
lawfully seized of the said premises, that they are
free from all incumbrances and that they have
good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
and the said party of the first part does hereby
fully warrant the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all
