and in consideration of the sum of Forty five
($ 45.00) -- Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, re-
lease and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and her heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said party of the first part has in
and to the following described lot, piece or par-
cel of land, to-wit: Commence twenty three and
one half (23 1/2) feet South of North east corner of
Block twenty seven (27) Brush's Addition to Gain-
esville, and run South fifty (50) feet, West one
hundred fifty (150) feet, North fifty (50) feet, and
East one hundred fifty (150) feet to beginning
To have and to hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever
of the said party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns forever. In Testimony Whereof, it, the
said City of Gainesville, Florida, by virtue of
a resolution of the said City Council of said
City, hath caused its corporate seal to be affixed
to this instrument, and the same to be duly
executed by its Mayor and City Clerk.
