the due execution and delivery of the above
and foregoing Deed, at the time and place
in the manner, for the uses and purposes,
and in the capacity as therein set forth
and contained, and the said oficers further
acknowledge that the said Deed is made, ex-
ecuted, signed, sealed and delivered by vi-
rtue of a resolution of the said city council
of the said city of Gainesville, Florida, duly
and legally passed, authorizing and directing
the execution thereof.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and official seal, this 14th day of August,

This Indenture, made this 14th day of August,
A. D. 1912, between the United Land Development
Company, a Corporation under the Laws of Florida,
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party
of the first part, and E.E. Cannon of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second
part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar and other good and valuable considerations
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part, and
