Know all men by These Presents: That I H.T. Turner
(single) of The County of Alachua State of Florida held
and firmly bound unto Lavinia Roundtree of the
County of Alachua State of Florida, in the sum of Two
Hundred & Seventy five no/100 dollars, for the payment where-
of well and truly to be made I bind my heirs exe-
cutors and administrators & assign firmly by these
presents.
Signed and Sealed this 21st day of August AD 1912
The condition of the above obligation is such that where-
as the said H.T. Turner has this day bargained and
sold to the said Lavinia Roundtree the following des-
cribbed property, lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida: Com at the NW corner
of Simpson Land and run N on the line between the
Price land and Riley and Anderson lands Two hundred
(200) feet Then West on Powell line with the Simpson land
to East line of Church and School lots Then South Two 
Hundred (200) feet, to Simpson land Then East to point
of beginning also Com at SE corner of Simpson land
Run West with South line of Simpson land to NE corner
of George Riley land Then in a straight line with
George Rileys East line to line between Ben Bell land
and Price land then East along the line of Price & Bell
land to corner of Bell land & Riley & Anderson land
then North to point of beginning being situate in
N1/2 of SW1/4 Sec 33 Ts 8 R 17 three acres more or less
Also Commence at corner NW4 of NW4 of SW4 (NW
of NW of SW4) Sec 33 T 8 R 17 Run East 330 ft, then
South 595 ft, to initial point Then Run West 300
ft Var 71 deg - Then South 250 ft Var 14 1/2 deg Then
East 240 ft Var 71 degrees Then North 250 ft to
point of beginning one 4/10 acres more or less and
Situate in NE4 of SW1/4 of Sec 23 Tp 8 R 17 S & E
above embracing lands shown in deed book 62
