said promissory notes, with interest as stated therein, and
shall pay all taxes and insurance upon the within-
described property, into the possession of which from the
date hereof, it is hereby agreed they shall enter and
continue, then the said Susie E. Wooley & F.M.
Wooley husband & wife shall execute a deed in fee
simple to the said Welling & wife & G. Adams for the
aforesaid property. When this obligation is to be void,
else to remain in full force and virtue.

for Title, who, being examined separate and apart from
her husband, acknowledges that she made herself a party
to the foregoing bond for the purpose of releasing relin-
quishing her dower conditioned upon, and for the faithful
performance of the covenants therein made, and that the
same is done of her own free will and accord, and
without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
