   To      }   Warranty Deed.
Ed Lang    }

This Indenture, made this 2nd day of April 1912/, between Lem
Sammons & wife Lucy Sammons of the County of Duval in
the State of Florida party of the first part and Ed Lang on
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party of the
second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five dollars, to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces,
parcels or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit:
All my interest in lot three (3) of lot four (4) or the south
1/3 of lot four (4) of the Brooks Estate in Tp 10-S. of range
19 east as recorded in Plat Book "A" of the Public records
of Alachua County Florida as surveyed by J.W. Patton and
containing by estimation 24.55 acres of land
To have and to hold the above described premises, together
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, unto the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever. And the said part of the first part
do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever. Witness hand and seal the day and year first
above written.

    Before me personally appeared Lem Sammons and Lucy
Sammons his wife, to me well known as the persons

deed of conveyance and each separately acknowledged the
execution of said deed for the uses and purposes therein
