To have and to hold the above described premises, together
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, unto her the said party of the second part,
heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first
part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all per-

Before me personally appeared J.H. Alderman and Kate
Alderman his wife, to me well known as the persons de-
scribed in and who executed the above and foregoing deed
of conveyance and each severally acknowledged the ex-
ecution of said deed for the uses and purposes therein
set forth and contained. And the said Mrs. Kate Alder-
man the wife of the said J.H. Alderman upon an exam-
ination taken and made by me separately and apart from
her said husband, did acknowledge before me that she
made herself a party to said deed and executed the same
freely and voluntarily and without compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
