previous to April 1, 1912; and Whereas, pursuant to said Order
of sale, and said advertisement of sale, I did on the 1st day
of April A.D. 1912, sell the said property hereinafter described,
at public outcry before the Court House door in Gainesville,
Alachua County, State of Florida, to H.C. Parker, at and
for the sum of Ninety-five ($ 95.00) Dollars, he being the highest,
last and best bidder thereof and therefor; and Whereas, I, as a
Special Master in Chancery, as aforesaid, reported the said sale
of the said property to the said purchaser on the 6th day of April
A.D. 1912, to the Honorable J.T. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court
of Florida, eighth Judicial Circuit, in and for Alachua County;
and Whereas, Honorable J.T. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court
aforesaid, did, on the 6th day of April A.D. 1912, duly confirm
the said sale of the said property, and did then and there
order and direct me, as special master in Chancery aforesaid,
to make, execute and deliver to the said purchaser a good
and sufficient deed of conveyance to and for the said prop-
erty and authorized me to receive the purchase money therefor.
Now, Therefore, know all men by these presents; That under
and by virtue of the said Order of sale, the said advertisement
thereof, the said order of confirmation of sale, and for and
in consideration of the sum of Ninety-five $ 95.00) Dollars, to
me cash in hand paid on this date, I, C.R. Layton, as a
Special Master in Chancery as aforesaid, have granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened and conveyed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto
him, the said H.C. Parker, and to his heirs, and assigns
forever, all of these certain lots, tracts, pieces or parcels
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua,
and State of Florida, and more particularly known, distinguish-
ed and described as follows, to-wit: the south-west quarter
(SW 1/4) of south-east quarter (SE 1/4) of Section twenty-two (22) town-
ship seven (7) south range nineteen (19) east, Also the North-west
quarter (NW 1/4) of the North-east quarter (NE 1/4) of section twenty-
seven (27) Township seven (7) south range nineteen (19) east. Con
taining eighty (80) acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the right, tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining. To have and to hold the above granted and de-
scribed property and every part and parcel thereof unto him,
