the said H.C. Parker, and to his heirs, executors, ad-
administrators and assigns forever in fee simple absolute
as fully and completely as I, as a Special Master in
Chancery, aforesaid, am lawfully authorized and em-
powered to do under and by virtue of the said order
of sale, the said advertisement of sale and the said
order of confirmation of sale. In Testimony Whereof, I,
C.R. Layton, Special Master in Chancery, have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this 12 day of
April A.D. 1912.
