hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said part of the first part
has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien,
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part,
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, all of
these certain lots, tracts, pieces or parcels of land situated
lying and being in the City of Gainesville, Alachua County,
State of Florida, and more particularly known, distinguished
and described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at point one hundred thirty-five (135) feet west
from the North east corner of lots one (1) and two (2) block
one (1) range two (2) of Doig and Robertson's Addition, City of
Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, which is the point of
beginning, thence run west sixty-five (65) feet, thence south
one hundred fifty (150) feet, thence east sixty (60) feet, thence
north seventy-five (75) feet, thence east five (5) feet, thence
north seventy-five (75) feet, thence east five (5) feet, thence
North seventy-five (75) feet to the point of beginning, this
being the remainder of said lots one (1) and two (2) block
one (1) range two (2) of Doig and Robertson's Addition owned
by The Kinney Lumber Company and conveyed in deed from
W.N. Wilson and wife to the M.W. Pearson Company, a
Corporation, also commence two hundred (200) feet south of
W.S. Broome's lot formerly the Finley lot on the west side of
Love Street, which is the initial point, run thence west
one hundred (100) feet and North fifty (50)_feet to point of begin-
ning, this being the land formerly conveyed by A.O. Steen-
burg to The Kinney Lumber Company, a corporation. Together
with all and singular the rights, tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold, the above described
premises and each and every parcel thereof unto him,
the said George P. Long, and to his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And
the said party of the first part does hereby fully war-
rant the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In
Testimony Whereof, the said The Kinney Lumber Company,
a corporation, bu its secretary, treasurer and General Manager,
