Lumber Company, a corporation, under the laws of Georgia,
and that as such he is authorized to execute and deliver
the same as of and for the act and deed of The Kinney
Lumber Company, and that he signed, sealed and deliv-
ered the same at the time and place, in the manner,
for the uses and purposes and in the capacity as there-
