This Indenture Made this 28th day of October 1911 between
Thompson Trapp (unmarried) and Jack Trapp & wife (Ellen)
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida part-
ies of the first part and Matheson Trapp of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida party of the second
part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty (20)
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, The
following described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida to wit:
Four acres square in South East corner of N1/2 of NW4
of Section 28 in Township 9 South of... 18 East.
To have and to hold the above described premises,
together with all and singular the tenements the hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining unto him the said party
of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby
fully warrant the title to said land, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
