west quarter of section twenty four all in township ten south
of range fifteen east also south west quarter of section seven
in Township ten south of range ninteen east containing
three hundred and sixty acres, more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have
and to hold the same, the above-described and hereby-granted
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, to their own proper
use, benefit and behoof forever. And the said party of the first
part doth hereby covenant to and with the said party of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things in and
about said sale and this conveyance she hath conformed to
the orders of the Court and the Statutes in such case made
and provided. In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first
part has hereunto set her hand and seal on this the day
and year first above written.
