M.C. Harrell To Crawford & Faircloth
          Bill of Sale

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these
presents that we M.I. and M.C. Harrell of the
City of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Five hundred
and fifty dollars lawful money of the 
United States of Am to us in hand paid
at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents by James R. Crawford
and J.R. Faircloth of the same place of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained and sold
and by these presents doth sell and convey unto
the said parties of the second part their
heirs executors administrators and assigns
all and every portion of a stock of goods
now in store consisting of a general stock
of Family Groceries:  To have and to hold
the same unto the said parties of the second
part their executors administrators and assigns
forever.  And we do for ourselves our heirs ex-
ecutors and Administrators Covenant and agree
to and with the said parties of the second part
to warrant and defend the sale of said
goods and chattels hereby sold unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs exec-
utors Administrators and assigns against
all and every person and persons whomsoever. 
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seals this 2 day of April  1884.
