presents do bargain sell assign transfer set over
and deliver unto him the said Jno. W. Gustine all
of my undivided one half interest estate title & Claim
in and to the newspaper published as a weekly
and Daily paper in Gainesville in Alachua County
Florida under the names "The Gainesville Weekly
Bee" and "The Gainesville Daily Bee" and in and to
all the implements and machinery in printing said
paper consisting of my undivided one half in-
terest in and to one Cotrell & Babcock Cylinder printing
Press with all of its parts and attachments Type of
all kinds and imposing stones galleys type racks 
and cases my undivided half interest in one Butlers
Iron Safe and all the furniture appliances desks
Tables chairs printing materials paper &c &c belonging
to or used in Connection with said newspaper
office.  To have and to hold the same unto him
the said Jno. W. Gustine and his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever.
