at my decease, by purchase or otherwise,
each of them to have one half share and share
alike,
Fifth - I nominate and appoint my wife
Kate C. Dutton and my son Henry F. Dutton Jr
both of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
Executrix and Executor of this will, with full
power and authority to make all sales of
property and to make changes in investment
according to their best Judgment and discretion
and it is my wish and desire that said
Executrix and Executor shall not be required
to give any bonds nor shall they be required
to have any inventory or appraisement
made of my estate, In Witness whereof, I
have signed, sealed and declared this in-
strument as my last will and testament
at Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida,
on this 17th day of November 1915, Herein
and hereby revoking all other Wills that
may have been made prior to this date
