of the Said parties of the first part of in and to the
above granted premises and every part thereof with the
appurtenances To have and to hold the above mentioned
and described premises with the appurtenances to the
Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns for-
ever And the Said P.W.W. Sparkman and S.E. Sparkman
and their heirs the above described and hereby granted
and released premises unto the said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns against the Said parties of the
first part and their heirs and against all and every
person and persons whomsoever lawfully Claiming or to
claim the Same or any part thereof Shall and will War-
rant and by these presents forever defend

County of Alachua } On this Tenth day of August
1882 before me Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the
Peace for Said County personally appeared Mr P.W.
W. Sparkman and Mrs S.E. Sparkman his wife to
me known to be the person described in and who ex-
ecuted the foregoing instrument and severally acknowl-
edged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned And
the said Mrs S.E. Sparkman the wife of the said
P.W.W. Sparkman on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge that she made herself a party to
the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and
relinquishing her dower or right of dower in and
to the lands tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released and
that such relinquishment or renunciation of dower
is made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.
