Alachua County   } This Indenture made this 7th day of
June AD 1882 between William H. Robertson & his wife Marga-
ret E. Robertson and James Doig & his wife Frances
W. Doig all of the County of Alachua & State of Florida
parties of the first part and Margaret Howard of the
County of Alachua State of Florida party of the second
part. Witnesseth:- that the Said parties of the first
part in Consideration of having formerly made executed
& delivered to Mary O. Goodale a warranty deed to the
property herein described (which property was Subsequently
by the said J.O. Goodale & wife to S.E. Phillips and by
S.E. Phillips to the said Margaret Howard) and for
and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars
to them in hand paid by the said Margaret Howard
the said party of the second part, have granted
bargained sold Conveyed and quit-claimed and do
by these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and forever
quit-claim unto her the said party of the second part
and to her heirs and assigns all that lot tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in Alachua County
