This Indenture made the first day of
September in the Year of Our lord One thousand Eight hundred
and forty nine between Patrick Lorimer of the District of
Spring Garden in the County of Philadelphia and State
of Pennsylvania Taylor of the one Part, and William J.
Johnson of the County of Philadelphia aforesaid Gentleman
of the other part Whereas the Said Patrick Lorimer in
and by a certain obligation or writing obligatory under
his hand-and-Seal-duly executed bearing even date
herewith Stands- bound unto the Said William J.
Johnson in the Sum of One thousand five hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America Conditioned
for the payment of Seven hundred & fifty
Dollars lawful money as aforesaid in One Year from the
date hereof together with interest for the Same at the rate
of Six per centum per annum to be paid half yearly,
Without any fraud or further delays as in and by the
Said recited Obligation and the condition thereof, relation
being thereunto have more fully and at large appear.
     Now This Indenture witnesseth that the Said
Patrick Lorimer as well for and in consideration
of the aforesaid debt or principal Sum of seven Hundred
and fifty Dollars lawful money as aforesaid, and for the
better Securing the payment of the Same with Interest-unto-
the Said William J. Johnson his executors administrators
and assigns in discharge of the Said recited obligation-as
for and in consideration of the further Sum of One Dollar
unto him in hand paid by the Said William J. Johnson
at and before the Sealing and delivery hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted bargained Sold
aliened Enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these
presents Doth Grant, bargain, Sell alien, enfeoff, release
and confirm Unto the Said William J. Johnson his
Heirs and assigns.
     All the following described Tract, Lot or Lots
of Land lying being and Situate in Levy County East
Florida to Wit; Lot No One (1) of Fractional Section No
(12) Twelve Township No (15) fifteen South Range No (13) thirteen
East Containing Seventy one and Nine hundredths
